1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
Returns or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product received is leaking, damaged, or tampered at the time of delivery
- Packaging is visibly broken or compromised
- Product quality is affected due to transit damage
2. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim, customers must:
- Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package
- Ensure the video shows the sealed package, label, and issue clearly
- Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted
3. Reporting Timeline
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Complaints raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution due to the perishable nature of dairy products
4. Resolution Process
Once the issue is verified:
- A replacement of the affected product will be provided, or
- A store credit/refund may be issued, depending on the situation
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Damage caused due to improper storage after delivery
- Claims made without valid proof or after the allowed time window
